Hello and welcome to August!
It has been a fantastic summer thus far, and July’s general membership meeting had an amazing turnout. Thank you all for coming and supporting our guest speaker. It was amazing to see everyone and all the new faces.
As a guild, we have many upcoming events and we continue to need everyone’s support. If you can spare some time, please check out the Signup Genius emails that Beverly Hutchinson has sent out. We can use as many volunteers as we can get for our upcoming fundraiser and exhibit at the State Fair. Also, if you have finished or almost finished your challenge quilts, please bring them to the August meeting.
Thank you so much, ladies, for continuing to produce so many quilts to support our charities. It has been so nice to have our beneficiaries come and speak to us about your generous donations. The stories really have touched my heart and continue to keep my faith in the human spirit and your wonderful compassion for our community and guild.
