Heart and Soul Open Sew

Want one-on-one help to learn basic sewing or quilting skills? Want fellowship while you work on a project? This is for you! Open to all. Free.

Want to help us with this outreach? We need 100%-cotton material scraps and could use donated sewing machines for beginner use.

When: Meet 1st Wednesday of each month, from 2-5 pm with sharing at 3 pm.

NEXT MEETING: Wednesday, July 11

Where: C Melvin Snow Library, 8740 Courthouse Rd, Spotsylvania, VA 22553

What we’ll do in July: Continue working on 9 patches.

Contact Sheila J. if you have questions.

If you’d like to get together with your VSQ friends; come quilt together at the library. Bring the project(s) you are working on and enjoy some quality time quilting together. We have lots of fun seeing what each other is working on and offering helpful advice as requested. Bring your sewing machine or hand work and all necessary supplies and remember to bring an extension cord. We will supply the iron and ironing board.
