As patriotic as July can be…there are other tunes lingering today.
GOOD MORNING AMERICA …
HOW ARE YOU?
DON’T YA KNOW ME…
I’M YOUR NATIVE SON!
Arlo Guthres’ classic tune always inspires me.
“OUT MY WINDOW,” the upcoming theme of next year’s quilt show was last night’s subject. The ladies on the committee are all hard at work trying to plan it out. I hope you will all get “on board” and get inspired. Thanks to everyone who has volunteered…see our V.P., Margaret, if you can join the committee.
This month is the ice cream social. I hope everyone has their favorite toppings to share! Lucy or Tina can be contacted if you aren’t sure what to bring!
Senior quilt workshop is during the day of our meeting. Linda K, Pam, and Vickie did a lot of prep. Come join them for a great day. Linda is making lunch. Think of that…a day to sew…no cooking…no dishes and top that with ice cream for dessert.
Everyone is having fun and enjoying the sunshine and smiles on their family’s faces. Have a great time. I will see you all back in August for our lecture and workshops.
ENJOY!
